The Leonardo, a 234-meter high skyscraper in the suburbs of Johannasburg, South Africa, is set to become the tallest building in Africa when it officially opens next month.

The building will include a three-floor penthouse and five floors of office space, reports Bloomberg. Residents will have access to a Montessori preschool, in-house restaurants and room service.

Legacy Living, a South African real estate agency in charge of the Leonardo, states on their website that the skyscraper includes facilities such as a gymnasium, a spa, a heated pool and a roof garden restaurant.

Africa's tallest skyscraper will also include a retail complex for visitors and residents.

Adrian Landry, general manager of the Leonardo, told Bloomberg that the building's penthouse will be custom designed by its owner.

More than half of the Leonardo's apartments can be purchased as buy-to-rent properties. The building will also act as a hotel with one-bedroom apartments priced at around 7,250 rand a night, or roughly US$486, as reported by Bloomberg.
