A 21-year-old woman from Oshkosh, Wisconsin, was found frozen to death on Monday morning on a sidewalk in Milwaukee.

Elizabeth Luebke reportedly in town to attend a concert and a party. Fox News reported that a friend said Luebke was already really drunk when she got to the party, and left after reportedly getting mad at a friend.

According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, it’s unclear at what time she left the party, but a security camera across the street recorded Luebke collapsing on the ground just before 4:30 a.m. a few blocks from the house where the event was being held.

As she lay on the sidewalk, the temperature went down to nearly -6 degrees Celsius. The temperature dropped to -27 degrees when factoring in wind chill.

According to the video, she stopped making movements at about 7 a.m.

The medical examiner’s report stated that she was not prepared for the cold weather as she was wearing only shorts, fishnet stockings and a tank top at the time of her death.

Luebke was found by a passerby at around 9:00 a.m.

According to Fox News, the medical examiner’s report stated that Luebke “had a history of binge drinking, but her friends said she recently had been sober for a few weeks.”
